Jens started his career as management consultant, then joined Dutch company Numico in its baby food branch. After 10 years, he joined Dutch multinational DSM and built its functional food business. From 2009 to 2018, Jens was CEO of Food for Health Ireland, generating food innovations together with Irish universities and leading dairy companies. Since 2018, Jens works as mentor for Enterprise Ireland and as advisor for food innovation and technology companies. He is Co-founder of AnaBio Technologies and of BioEnz Technologies and serves on the Board of The Food and Health International Advisory Board of Örebro University, Sweden.
